Back to school with a buzz

29 August 2007

Buzzword Autumn 2007 Get your kids buzzing back to school this September with sports, arts and fun play activities suitable for children aged 11 and under.

There are loads of courses and activities listed in the latest FREE buzzword magazine so parents can see all the activities available at your local Bromley leisure centres from September through to December. It’s conveniently split into our 3 areas including; Beckenham, Bromley and Orpington so it’s relevant and local for you.

Choose from archery, athletics, hockey, football with the Skills Academy, gymnastics and tramplining courses as well as try drop in activities like swimming at any of our 5 fantastic pool sites or adventure in any of our 3 buzz soft play centres.

Join us in October for our FREE Big Draw sessions as part of the national campaign for drawing or come to one of the SCARY Halloween Spooktakular parties. buzz day camps offer an exciting, varied day of activities and are also Ofsted registered therefore giving working parents piece of mind during the October half term holiday.

An exciting new programme will also start in September called Myboost including; baby boost for 18months to 3year olds, mini boost for 3-5year olds, super boost for 5-11year olds, adventure boost for 8-11year olds and turbo boost for 9-11year olds. The whole scheme is planned to create a safe, fun challenging environment for children to learn and develop the core skills of all sports and activities including movement, co-ordination, balance, agility and communication.

Local parent Nicole Davis said; “I’ve got 2 kids aged 6 and 8 years old who have enjoyed buzz for years. There’s so much choice that we get to do something different almost everyday of the week. I would advise every parent to get the buzzword.”
