Group Exercise Classes
We offer a range of group exercise classes to suit all abilities not matter what your age or fitness level or interest. Whether you want to keep fit by Aerobics, Aquafit, Yoga or Line Dancing classes all sessions are run by fully qualified instructors and are all competitively priced.

Don’t forget:
- Always remember to bring water to your class!
- Please arrive for classes on time
- Tickets will not be sold after the first 10 minutes of a class
- Customers will not be allowed into classes without tickets
- No children permitted to wait in classes
- Participants must be over 16 years of age (apart from P*H*I*T sessions which are aimed at 11 to 15 year olds)
- Suitable footwear and clothing must be worn
- All classes run between 50 and 55 minutes to allow for change over (unless stated otherwise)
