FIVE FREE DAYS OF FITNESS

3 April 2006

Body Pump Instructor

This groundbreaking campaign, organised by the London Fitness Network, Fitness Industry Association and Sport England, will give new adult users access to 70 leisure centres across London. It is designed to get people in the Capital moving in the battle against obesity, in the countdown to London 2012.

The campaign was launched by former British tennis ace and television star Annabel Croft who said; “This is a perfect opportunity for new users to come along to their local leisure centre to get active and have some fun doing it - and it’s all for free. Whether you want to lose weight, give yourself the chance to do something with the family, or simply exercise to get rid of stress, it’s a great way to get started.”

To take advantage of this fantastic offer visit The Pavilion Leisure Centre - Bromley, The Spa at Beckenham, Walnuts Leisure Centre - Orpington or West Wickham Pools. For more details visit www.londonfitnessnetwork.org
