Who Should Attend

Employees nominated to fulfil the statutory duty of care as laid down by the Health and Safety Executive.

Participants are advised to dress appropriately as they will be required to work on the floor for practical sessions.

Course Overview

To provide instruction in life saving skills and first aid skills.

Course Content

A practical programme involving demonstrations and practising life saving techniques giving the ability to deliver First Aid in the workplace.

Qualification

The course will be completed by carrying out a practical examination, resulting in a First Aid at Work qualification which is valid for three years.

NB: Candidates will be awarded their First Aid at Work Certificates upon successful assessment, both practically and theoretically, by an external assessor.
