Investors in People is the national award which sets a level of good practice for training and development of staff to achieve the goals of the organisation. To receive the award is a fantastic achievement considering that Bromley Mytime is less than two years old.
Steve Price, Bromley Mytime Chief Executive, said: "I am delighted with this result which reflects the hard work put in by staff to ensure that our internal processes for the development and management of people meet the required IiP Standard. The assessor gave positive feedback, but reminded us that this is just the beginning of a commitment to maintaining this status. It is crucial that staff at all levels work towards continuous improvement."
Ruth Spellman, Chief Executive of Investors in People UK said; “Putting people development at the heart of every function is the most cost-effective decision a business can make. Employees are central to business success so it is vital for staff to be skilled, flexible and motivated.”
