Very good service. Informative in nutrition and exercise, thoroughly enjoyed it.It was a really nice friendly group and I always enjoyed my sessions. I managed to loose weight and I have now taken up swimming again.I have throughly enjoyed the experience and have come away feeling more educated about my food.
