Manual Handling - Training the Trainer Workshop

Who Should Attend

All staff who are required to carry out manual handling training with staff within their workplace. Delegates must be confident in delivering to a range of individuals within a group training environment.

Course Overview

To provide delegates with the appropriate skills and knowledge to instruct others in Manual Handling Techniques.

Course Content

• Be able to complete a manual handling risk assessment
• Correctly demonstrate a base lift
• Understand likely injuries suffered
• Understand people learn in different ways
• Complete suitable presentations
• Be able to correctly identify hazardous lifts and make corrections
