Bromley win The 2008 adidas Mini London Marathon

Bromley athletes showcased an excellent performance in the 2008 adidas Mini London Marathon securing joint first position with a total of 1757 points. The 46 athletes from Blackheath & Bromley Harriers Athletics Club and various Bromley schools competed against 32 other London boroughs completing the last 3 miles of The London Marathon. The Girls 11 – 12 years  won their event with the older girls' team securing second and third position. The boys' team continued the success by bringing in some excellent times and personal best performances. A great achievement for all runners.
