SAFE FUN LEARNING

Myboost is a FUN multi-movement club for 5 –11 year olds that can be booked for a termly, half term or as one-off sessions.
As well as an emphasis on core movement skills, multi-sport and fun and games activities, myboost also concentrates on building personal skills such as good communication, teamwork, self-confidence, etc and links with PE components of the national curriculum.

Myboost sessions combine the following modules: Health Related Fitness, Dynamic Movement & Agility, Multi-Sports, Fun & Games, Dance, Drama, Voice.
Activities from the different modules are combined and delivered together throughout the sessions rather than as individual components.

Health Related Fitness (HRF)

Topics are: Active Recreation, Heart & Lungs, Anatomy (bones & muscles), & Nutrition.
Supplementary worksheets are also supplied to support the learning content out of the session.
Longer courses can then be booked which will include additional elements from the myboost programme.
