Bromley Mytime aims to become a provider of excellent customer service. Part of our means to achieving this is to carry out a series of mystery shops to see how our centres are meeting the company's service standards and assess where improvements can be made.
A mystery shopper is someone who acts as customer but members of staff are not aware of this. The mystery shopper will complete a questionnaire following their visit and submit the form to us.
Mystery shopping enables us to get an idea of how we are performing from the customer's perspective. Because members of staff are not aware of the mystery shopper, they behave exactly as they would for any other customer.
Any current member or someone thinking of becoming a member can apply. We are looking for a wide range of customers of all ages who would like to become involved in helping us to improve our services and achieve our aim of becoming a provider of excellent customer service.
All we ask you to do is carry out a mystery shop twice a month at any of our leisure facilities, take part in any activity available at the centre (sessions must be pre-booked where necessary, such as badminton and squash courts), complete a questionnaire and return it. That's all there is to it!!
If you have to telephone a centre, you will also be asked to complete a small questionnaire about this as well.
You will be required to be a mystery shopper for a maximum of 6 months during which time you will be provided with FREE activetime membership, worth £43.00 per month. You will get all the benefits that activetime memberships provide which include unlimited use of the gym (including a free induction), swimming, group exercise classes and 12 day advanced booking and membership rates for badminton, squash etc.
We always welcome comments, suggestions, compliments and even complaints from our customers so if you do not wish to be a mystery shopper you can still have your say on Bromley Mytime's facilities by either joining one of our customer panels, completing a TalkTime form or simply calling, e-mailing or writing to us.
